How a placement works
Full process01
You describe the seat
How many drivers, company or owner-operator, solo or team, equipment, lanes, home time, and when the truck has to move.

We screen for that seat
CDL class, endorsements, equipment actually run, and whether the person will do the lane. We do not send a pile of unrelated resumes.

You qualify the driver
You remain the motor carrier. DQ file, MVR, drug and alcohol testing, and the hire or lease decision stay with your safety team.

You pay per placement
The fee is for a driver placed, not a retainer and not a stack of leads. Drivers are never charged.
Freight we recruit for
- Dry vanThe core of U.S. truckload. We recruit solo and team company drivers and owner-operators for van fleets running regional and over-the-road freight.
- ReeferTemperature-controlled freight needs drivers who will actually run a unit, watch set points, and protect the load. Tell us the commodity and the drop expectations.
- Flatbed and step deckSecurements, tarps, and open-deck experience matter more than miles alone. We ask what they have hauled, not just that they hold a Class A.
- TankerLiquid and bulk work is a different seat. We look for tanker time, and we pass endorsement needs back to you before anyone is introduced.
- HazmatHazmat seats require the endorsement, a clean enough record for your insurance, and a driver who will keep it current. Your safety team still makes the final call.
- Heavy haul and oversizeRGN, multi-axle, and permitted loads. We recruit drivers who have moved oversize freight, not van drivers hoping to try it.
- IntermodalPort, rail, and container work. Local and regional turns, chassis experience, and drivers who can live with terminal clocks.
- DedicatedSame shipper, known lanes, tighter schedules. Useful when a contract is live and the trucks are the thing holding it up.

Yes. Tell us the lease program, the percentage or pay structure you are allowed to quote, trailer type, and whether the operator must bring a truck that meets your spec. We introduce operators. You complete the lease.
