Revenel Workforce recruits for the seat you describe: company driver or owner-operator, solo or team, standard or specialized freight, anywhere in the United States. You pay when a driver is placed. Your safety team still qualifies them.

Use this when the driver will be your employee, in your truck or on your fleet, under your authority. Tell us home time, pay you can quote, equipment, and whether the truck is assigned or slip-seat.
We introduce people who match that description. We do not put them on your payroll, and we do not run your DQ file.
Use this when you lease on a driver who brings a tractor. Send the program you are allowed to offer: percentage or mileage, trailer type, insurance minimums, and truck-year or spec limits.
Operators who only want a company seat are not sent to a lease. Say “either” only if you will truly hire both.
Solo is one driver. Team is two. If you need a team that already runs together, say so — pairing strangers is a different search. Team freight that is really “we will take a solo until we find a partner” should be written that way. Specialized equipment for either configuration is on the freight page.

CDL class, endorsements, equipment actually run, and whether the person will do the lane. We do not send a pile of unrelated resumes.

You remain the motor carrier. DQ file, MVR, drug and alcohol testing, and the hire or lease decision stay with your safety team.

The fee is for a driver placed, not a retainer and not a stack of leads. Drivers are never charged.
Revenel Workforce is not the motor carrier. We do not issue your authority, insure the freight, or sign the medical card. Drug and alcohol testing, the motor vehicle record, and the qualification file stay with you, as they should under FMCSA rules. The placement fee is for a driver introduced and placed, confirmed before the search starts.
