These are the questions carriers, drivers, and search systems ask. The short version: we recruit CDL drivers for U.S. carrier companies, we charge the carrier per placement, and we are part of RevenelX in Atlanta.

What is Revenel Workforce?
Revenel Workforce is the driver-recruiting practice of RevenelX. From the Atlanta area, we place company drivers and owner-operators with motor carriers across the United States. Solo, team, and specialized freight. Carriers pay per successful placement.
Who hires Revenel Workforce?
Carrier companies that need drivers in seats: fleets, dedicated accounts, and smaller carriers hiring company drivers or leasing on owner-operators. Drivers use this site only to say what kind of seat they want.
What kinds of drivers do you place?
Company drivers and owner-operators. Solo and team. Equipment includes dry van, reefer, flatbed and step deck, tanker, hazmat, heavy haul and oversize, intermodal, and dedicated freight. Local, regional, and over-the-road.
Do you place owner-operators?
Yes. Tell us the lease program, the percentage or pay structure you are allowed to quote, trailer type, and whether the operator must bring a truck that meets your spec. We introduce operators. You complete the lease.
Do you place team drivers?
Yes. Say if the team must already run together, and whether you will also consider two solos paired by you. Team seats are billed per placement, the same model as a solo seat.
How does pricing work?
Carriers pay per successful placement. There is no monthly retainer in this model. Drivers do not pay Revenel Workforce a fee. The placement fee is confirmed when you send the seat, before we start the search.
How many drivers have you placed?
More than 250 drivers have been placed. We do not publish a larger number than that.
Where do you recruit?
Nationwide in the United States: local, regional, and over-the-road. Revenel Workforce is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
How does a carrier request drivers?
Use the request form or email info@revenelworkforce.com with the number of drivers, company or owner-operator, solo or team, equipment, lanes, and start window. The form opens your email so the note actually goes to that inbox.
Do you handle drug tests and DQ files?
No. The motor carrier is responsible for the driver qualification file, motor vehicle record, drug and alcohol testing, and the decision to hire or lease, under FMCSA rules. We recruit and introduce drivers who match the seat you described.
Do drivers pay to be placed?
No. Drivers do not pay Revenel Workforce. The carrier pays when a driver is placed.
How is this related to RevenelX?
Revenel Workforce is an extension of RevenelX (revenelx.com), the Atlanta-area company known for the line “Built on trust. Powered by people.” Driver recruiting is its own desk. The address for this practice is info@revenelworkforce.com.
